A mechanic was crushed to death yesterday along 3-3 Onitsha, Anambra State. This was as a result of brake failure of the trailer. It was gathered that the mechanic was working under the vehicle while it lost brake  and rammed into the man  at his repair workshop. Quite a sad sight to see.
